I'm like, 13 years late to this party, but it sounds like someone saying "television" with their teeth clenched and they trail off. It fits the theme of that verse.

Also, if it's not too late, watch out for the World Trade Centre, someone is going to attack it on September 11 in 2001... so OP has like... a month?
